AI Receptionist

Shortly we will be introducing our AI receptionist named Andi on a trial basis.

Andi enables the practice to answer every call instantly at our busiest times, saving patient time and preventing phone queues.  Andi will also support our reception team to help concentrate on care navigation.

Andi will complete our triage forms with you over the phone in the same way as our present system and integrates with our clinical system along with speaking various languages.

We ask for your support when we trial this system.
