Phone Lines - We are aware our phone lines are extremely busy with patients having to hold for lengthy periods of time. We have increased the amount of lines to prevent patients being cut off.  The NHS is under extreme pressure at this difficult time with limited staff and resources and we ask for your patience and understanding. Please be kind to our staff who are doing all they can to help you. Please be aware you can also request same day treatment and care if you are registered for online sevices. Ask our receptionist who will be happy to set this up for you or visit our website for more information.

Prescription Requests - We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.  You can order online if you are registered, or via our website.  Once you have ordered your request we will need 3 working days to process your request and this will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.

All prescriptions will then be sent to your nominated pharmacy to be collected. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy we will send them next door to Abington Pharmacy. If you would like to change your nominated pharmacy please contact the practice and we can do this for you.  You will not be able to collect yur prescription from the practice.
